Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we firmly believe that you will see value in using all-natural product.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it (in its original packaging) for a full refund.

Refunds will only be honored if the request is lodged not later than 30 days after purchase.

1. Complete the Whealth Inc Refund Request Form (form can be downloaded from here)
2. Fax your completed Refun Request Form to +63 2 521 8311.
3. Upon receipt of your Form our customer service officers will contact youi to advise you of your Return Authorization Number.
4. Once instructed, you will be asked to send us the actual product purchased, accompanied by original proof of purchase (e.g. original dated store receipt). Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on your package and in all you subsequent correspondence.
5. After we receive your completed Refund Request Form, actual product and proof of purchase we will process your refund. An acknowledgement will be emailed to you upon receipt of your package.
6. Refunds will be issued 30 days after receipt of all necessary items and documents from the customer.

Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

1. Refund requests will only be honored if the following conditions are satisfied:

1. A fully completed Refund Request Form is received by Whealth Inc not later than 30 days after purchase.
2. The customer must send the actual product, original proof of purchase (e.g. original dated store receipt) to Whealth Inc accompanied by a return Authorization Number.

2. The customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs.
3. Only items sent with an accompanying Return Authorization Number will be accepted for refund.
4. Refunds will not be given for any unused products.
5. One refund per customer.
6. Refund limited to the price stated on original proof od purchase.
